Pidot Javier is a young aerospace engineer who earned his Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering at Kyushu University (Japan). He is a former educator, science communicator, and musician, with strong skills in leadership and creativity. At FAERO, he contributes to the company's vision, technology development, and business growth strategy.

Michiko Hamada

Michiko Hamada is an successful businesswoman with nearly 30 years of business experience. She founded ItoStar, a startup support center, and Tabinet Japan Saito, a travel agency. She has profound skills in business operations and management. At FAERO, her expertise guides the company's business development and growth.

Hideaki Ogawa

Hideaki Ogawa, PhD, is an expert in aerospace research with over 30 years of research experience. He pursued graduate studies at the University of Tokyo (Japan), Stanford University (USA), and the University ofCambridge (UK). He is currently a visiting professor in Oxford University (UK) and is affiliated with Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). At FAERO, he pioneered the development of company's core technology.
